Cámbrico CALABRÉS

This is the most unique wine we make at Cámbrico. In our search for the indigenous varieties of the Sierra de Salamanca we were lucky enough to come across the Calabrés grape (a very special clone of Garnacha). In 1999 there were only thirty-two plants, with their buds we grafted other old vines and years later we were able to produce a single 300-litre barrel.

It is a unique wine with a rose petal aroma, probably very different from anything I have tasted before.
