Original wine, ruby red with violet tones, aromas of red fruits and flowers. On the palate it is very complex and harmonious, intense, with liquorice, raspberry, blackberry and well-integrated wood notes. Very long-lasting after it has passed through the mouth.

  • Very low yields due to the age of the vineyard: 500 g per vine.
  • Harvest in 10 kg boxes with selection of clusters in the vineyard.
  • Destemming and grape by grape selection on a sorting table.
  • Vatting in stainless steel tanks with gravity fermentation.
  • Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
  • Daily pumping over and punching down by gravity.
  • Malolactic fermentation in new 300-litre French oak barrels.
  • Aged in 500 and 300 litre French oak barrels for 26 months.
